Having decided I wasn't going to pay over £25 for a flash mounted beauty dish I decided to make one.

Total cost = £1.58 plus about 10 minutes of effort.

Flash fires through a hole in the back, reflects off the foil lined cd holder back onto the foil oven tray and then out onto the subject.

Result.

I'm sure a purpose made one would give better results but for £1.58 I'm quite pleased.
