Fresh

Today has been a lovely day.
Had a day off and spent it with J, we went to the beach, it was SO cold, but nice to get a bit of sea air.
Then Slimming world weigh in tonight, and i got my 3 stone award.
Made my day! i've been 1/2 a lb away from it for a couple of weeks. Not much more to go now til i reach my target! if someone had told me this time last year, i'd be sat here now 3st lighter and 2 dress sizes smaller, i'd have laughed at them! Amazing! So chuffed! :0)
