B12

My life is punctuated by 3 monthly punctures, my B12 to keep me going, give me oomph and stop me self destructing. This is the view from the surgery, the old Alnwickhill water treatment works, soon to be housing.

This morning was work, catching up on 3 days away and a vid conf with the boss in Cornwall.

Home for a rest and now of to #2 of the French Film Festival. I think I'll stay awake.
