Artistic Blur

There's a whole whack (technical term) of buildings being erected in Craigmillar. This one is opposite the Thistle Foundation Building I've been visiting recently.

I shot this at 1/15th of a second @ 800 Iso and moved the camera during the exposure for the effect.

I like it as it's more-dynamic than 'just' a super-steady shot, IMHO.
