Photocopiers - friend or foe?

I learnt a new skill today: how to get the photocopier to add a separate front cover to a document. I learnt so that I could share the knowledge with my team mate and save us over $300 in copying costs. For, a colour copy costs $0.1 /page and black and white cost $0.01. We had to print 70 copies each of 2 documents. One with 20 pages and the other with almost 30! Last year we printed the whole thing in color to achieve a colourful cost page, but not this year!
Naturally, the computer stress detection function was in full operation, so everything that could go wrong - was. We finally managed to get home at 10.30pm. That's some way to spend a Friday evening. Not!
