Preventatives

While at the pharmacy yesterday for my last jabs, I also topped up on some of the essentials. My GP Surgery nurse had recommended a combined anti-malarial/sunscreen, but the pharmacist reckoned that they were less effective, so recommended (and sold me) 2 separate sprays.

As long as they work I'll be happy!
