One tiny Flower....

My front yard planters are looking pretty sparse...the frost got almost everything....but this little blue flower was a survivor, I had to shoot it for my blip today.
Today was much warmer than the last few days, about 50 degree F. So my 15 year old grandson came over to clean the gutters on our house. It was a big job....3 hours to get them all done. I picked him up after school and it was dark when we finished. I enjoy the time the kids spend with me....so I find any opportunity to get them over. I pay him very well so he is excited to work and since I held the ladder we had a lot of time to talk and laugh together. When they were younger, the parents looked for opportunities to leave them here....now, I have to be the one who finds things we can do together.
