Rememberance.
It's about 40 degrees Celsius outside today so it is too hot to venture there for my Blip photo. Instead I'll hang around in the relative cool of the house and low and behold I discovered these old Purnell Magazines from the 1960's. They are certainly pertinent to this year as it marks the 100 th. anniversary of the start of the First World War.
Further discoveries as I attempt to downsize a little more.
I must say it's hard to cope with this sudden onset of hot weather. Many a year since such high temperatures have occurred this early before our summer season has even begun and the bureau has predicted 42 degrees in the next day or two.
I note in the news that New York is experiencing an early winter blizzard of mammoth proportions. and some say there is no climate change.
