Hallin Fell...

A day on our own today so we intended to go out together but got separated only to end up back with each other at the same locations and slightly different times.

We went to bag the Boathouse at Ullswater first then headed to Martindale.

So after meeting up with Loose Canon and Nikonabike and Still Rockin we girls decided to only go half way up Hallin Fell...........but you know the feeling of .....well it would be a shame to miss it?

So we slowly and I mean slowly trudged up the last bit and we were rewarded with this view and we stayed up the top till sunset because we saw a hint of pink in the clouds !

It rained a bit and it meant constant wiping of the lens etc. (Oh how we suffer for our art;-))

We got back down to the car in relative dark!

Another rushed hour to edit etc.

Another fab day had by all.
