Puffer Perfection

I had a somewhat unusual blip ready for today but when I saw this architectural masterpiece, constructed by a puffer fish only a few centimetres long, I couldn't help but record it. The series Life Story, another of David Attenborough's triumphs is, as usual, mind-blowing!

How a small fish can create such symmetry and beauty all in the cause of finding a mate is astounding. As far as the actual mating was concerned I must let you watch the repeat or iplayer and see for yourself. All I can say is 'that's some nest little puffer!!!' 5* and a fave from me ;-))
