My family
In an interesting blip twist, this is a photo of another photo I took today.
I was heading home to Edinburgh today and I decided I'd like to blip a whole family shot - with the 6 of us in it. So I made us all sit in the couch together, set the timer on my iPhone and off we went.
I sent the shot to Jane and Tony and, unknown to me, they printed it out and framed it. They gave it to me as a present before I left. They'd planned on giving me a photo of me with Olivia, but this seemed much more appropriate. I'm so touched at the thought - it's perfect! So here it is in pride of place on my mantle piece.
Because this is what it's all about. I'm exceptionally lucky to have the most wonderful, loving and generous family in the world.
The people in this photo mean the world to me - words cannot express how much I love them all. Barbara, Ian, Jane, Olivia and Tony. They amaze and inspire me and I know I can always count on them. And I in turn would do anything for them. They are my family.
