Happy Now

I try to concentrate on the happy parts of my day, but was just reading the Blip journal of TeeJay, whose son was killed in a motorbike accident, and as she said, if this is truly a journal, I need to record what I'm going through...

Zion has taken to sobbing non-stop whenever he realizes his Mum isn't around - today I just zenned out and carried on massaging, bathing and feeding him, and concentrated on the music on Radio 3, while I swung with him in the hammock until he eventually tired himself out and went to sleep.

He'll come through it, and I just need to stay calm and realise it's nothing personal.
