Kaunertal glacier

Excellent snow conditions and weather made for one of our best ski days yet. Having never been to Kaunertal before we didn't know what to expect; we had an absolute ball!

This is a view over to Italy from 3108m above sea level. The scale and number of the mountains made me feel quite small and think of our ancestors who lived here before roads and cars.
