Tesco does symbolism

My Christmas spirit dropped into my stomach as I went into the pharmacy and saw these on offer. Whatever their seasonal message is I'm not buying it.

This makes me think about my own plans and wishes for this year and how this little bag of cloth and plastic has made me feel briefly quite sad. Was it the Grinch who stole Christmas or Tesco?
