back-blip

We have been busy bees today. Colour coordinated duplo tower building, pre-Christmas kids room declutter, soup making (sweet potato and coconut), kitchen cleaning and another load of washing/ironing done.

I also finally found the perfect toy storage bag for their room and have ordered it. Operation remove the hundreds of toys on top of the beds is underway.

Amelie is having a bit of a 'new readers block' at school....I know she can do it, the teacher knows she can do it, but she's wobbling. The teacher had a chat with me about it. She did this last week with writing but she then did loads over the weekend. Hard to know whether to just leave her or encourage her a bit more to get over this hurdle.

Isaac has rediscovered loads of toys from upstairs whilst I was cleaning so he was very pleased with himself. But nothing beats a book does it?!
