Pink Beauty

A friend of mine has very green fingers. She has a lovely collection of pot plants on her very attractive porch. Some of these plants are bursting into flower at present. Gaynor has been watching this special succulent plant come into flower. She contacted me to let me know it is coming into its full beauty and was worthy of a blip. So I visited her this evening and sure enough the plant with its delicate pink flowers was looking quite magical.
I would be very pleased if someone can tell me the correct name of this plant. I have one at home that flowers in the autumn but the fleshy segments of the branches and the actual flowers are much smaller and less showy than this lovely plant I have blipped tonight.
