One Tree Hill

It was blowing a gale, and only 2 yachts went out racing tonight. Because our lake is mostly calm, I could hardly believe what huge waves were hitting the shore. I took this photo at Waterfall Creek.

I have had a lovely day, starting with a cuppa with the photography group, then I spent the afternoon playing croquet. 5 of us had a weird game, which I called 'Every man for himself" in Golf Croquet. It was quite a ruthless game, and the men happily sent the ladies balls to the boundary. It is Ruth's birthday. so 'happy birthday' Ruth.
