Not competitors

About 3.5 km away as the crow flies with MrB's bee house between us.

This bee house is in the middle of the forest. I wonder what sort of year they had. The late summer Honeydew crop which is called "Forest Honey"here, was a disaster this year for me and very poor for MrB and apparently for most beekeepers.

Spotted while out for a new walk with the dogs. Seem to be about 10 colonies.
