The Graduate...

The weather was dry and reasonably mild, which was a real bonus considering the forecast earlier in the week. We were up bright and early, and headed to ES's College where the Graduation breakfast was being held. The breakfast was followed by a very nice presentation ceremony, then the graduands and their invited guests set off in a straggly crocodile to the Sheldonian Theatre.
The official ceremony then began, conducted in Latin, and an hour later ES had an MSc (Oxon) after his name.
Drinks and nibbles at the Randolph hotel, then spent the afternoon enjoying the delights of Oxford. Lovely meal in a French restaurant in the evening.
A proud day!
