Drove out to a beautiful part of the state today with favorite peeps to have lunch with more favorite peeps across the border in neighboring Wisconsin. The St. Croix River is still frozen, a great white snake.

Steamed salmon on baby greens with blueberries, focaccia, egg salad, fancy cheese, lemon cake/curd pudding for outstanding lunch. Cute kids, fun chatter, a great day.

I need a new all purpose lens. Mine gwee-gwees when it's on auto focus. YOU try to focus manually on playing children. I thought I could get away with making it look like I was doing a 'in the style of' of two of our greatest 'blurry kids' blippers but it just looked...well...blurry, not stylish.
