Here for the fracture clinic.
Great news. The fracture is stable and no surgery needed.
I also understand it better. What I have done is broken a piece off the main part of the bone where ligaments are attached.
It should heal in about 8 weeks. Signed off for 6 weeks and back here in 2 to see if I'm ready for some exercise to get it mobile again.
This is one of those costly PFI hospitals. Today I'm grateful for the NHS.
