Quark pie.

There were few quark jar at work that had past their best before day few days ago. So I made a quark pie of them to us workers, this time the "patient" didn't see a bit of the pie because obviously we can't serve food that have pasted it's best quality.
It tasted good, even when I say it myself. The was one lemons peel and juice which made it taste great.
