An appropriately named piece of head gear for a traffic warden I thought.

Fortunately I had put a ticket in my, newly and expensively fixed, car and so avoided further ludicrous expense.

Slightly unfortunately shaped stain on the arm of his jacket....... I'll say no more in the interests of decorum.
