Joe took himself off to the hairdressers after school and came home with a sensible haircut....this is another one of those small steps towards independence and whilst I'm proud of him becoming more independent, I'm also secretly a little disappointed that he didn't come home with a mohican ;-)

No band practice tonight as Matt couldn't make it so we met in the pub to discuss various issues from equipment, wardrobe and song choice to a mini tour of the north west next year.
