Crimson Sun.

This view necessitated another sprint from the gym! About half a minute after I took this the sun disappeared behind a bank of cloud and all was lost.
With all this running about after sunrises I am wondering if I really need to go to the gym....!

I'm truly sorry that I am so behind with comments - my family leave today so I should be able to get back to normal now - what ever normal is. ((:
