Another beautiful spring morning

We are lucky here on the West coast, to have had a relatively mild spring so far, unlike our countrymen "on the other side" of this large island, who have had some ghastly heat! I guess our turn will come pretty soon....................

We are driving south tomorrow (again) as it is the Margaret River Gourmet Escape weekend. This weekend is a celebration of the wines and food from this wonderful region of our state. We even have Heston Blumenthal here for the 2nd year running! The driver and I are going to the BBQ on the beach at Meelup - our 3rd year :) This may be the last time for us as it has become so popular the crowds are a bit overwhelming - we like our space!
