Ultimate mash!

Up early for a three hour meeting which left me feeling a little melancholic. I went for my swim, I'm feeling stronger already.
I spent my two hours in the office for my drop in session and no one dropped in! Although to be fair I did get a phone call! So, after getting in early I left early and wandered around M&S trying to find something good for dinner. I found ultimate mash which is full of cream and butter and is lovely. So here is my pie and mash.
Spoke to my family this evening. My Grandma included. That made me feel better.
