Party food

I used to love going to parties as a child's when the centre piece was a 'grapefruit' hedgehog. Those little cocktails sticks with cheese, pineapple, silverskin onions and perhaps a chunk of ham. Delicious. In Texas they apparently do it BIGGER, with this 'pineapple tree' . Just the same only larger.....
