Hubby's Cake

Today the kids and I made a cake for Hubby's birthday tomorrow. he doesn't even like cake, but according to the kids that's what we do for birthday's, so I just went along with it! Who am I to discourage baking! It's a sponge with raisins and cranberries through it. Iced with chocolate butter icing and decorated with chocolate coated raisins and marshmallows. Bit of a cross between birthday cake and rocky road!
