Two Aspects of My Day

We has sunshine today & it just caught the very last of the rudbeckia on the window ledge. They've lasted about 2 weeks indoors-amazing. Chiropractor this morning, much needed & 'ouch'! Went to art again this afternoon but without much success. My 'stretches' keep failing (other artists will understand). Then made a quiche flan for supper & off to the cinema to see this delightful film.
