Evolution of Piracy

Piracy threatens the game industry.

The main debate here is if computer games cost less, would they sell more? I believe that they would sell more and piracy wouldn't be a massive issue.

We buy games at full price for the DS, XBOX 360 and Wii, DS games can cost £20+ - 360 £30+ and Wii £25+.. Okay, it costs a lot to develop these but when sold all over the world the profit would be great.

I'd be happy with paying £10-£15 for DS, £20-£40 360 and Wii £20-£30 but we live in a world that wants more, more more so no chance of paying less. Ah well, looks like piracy is here to stay (sadly).
