In the spotlight

This afternoon I headed from work to town for a physio appointment and as I headed toward the river noticed a beam of light hitting the water. Find a place to stop for a photo, I thought, so I did.
There was still the beam but another one was catching the middle of the rail bridge - that had to be my blip (though the gull should have flown a bit slower!)
The physio has given me some exercises to do which should sort the leg problem.
