Pleased to get a sunny walk today. It was so nice I didn't realise how long we'd been out until we got home. We walked a stretch of the Cuckoo Trail with an American Spaniel and her owner. We don't normally get to walk with people and dogs we meet because of Emily's barking. We talked to another lady with her mismatched dogs. One looks like a polar bear, the other a border terrier cross. We discussed the destructive nature of energetic young terriers with a taste for skirting boards. Relieved to hear it's not just mine who are trying to eat the house!
