Car trouble

As you may realise, this isn't my vehicle.

My car wouldn't start this morning.
A quick jump start rectified the situation.
A trip to the garage showed the trouble wasn't the battery, as I assumed, but the alternator.

New one ordered.
Wallet now empty.
