Arroz Chaufa

Well this is a sort of emergency blip. When I came home from work it was already dark and it has been raining all day.
Before heading home I went to the grocers and bought a few things for dinner. I hardly cook these days so I was happy this turned out quite well.
And F. was very pleased he didn't have to cook this evening. He usually does. Aren't I ever so lucky?
