Harry

This is my friend Harry who belongs to my neighbours. He's a lovely old boy who doesn't get around very well these days and I feed him when they go away for the day and can't take him along.
I fed him this evening, and he enjoyed his meal before I let him out into the garden. As he walked up the steps to the garden he fell and lay there with his legs splayed around him. He was there for a while while I stroked and talked to him. I was just at the point of reluctantly contacting his family when he got up himself and continued onto the lawn. When I left him he seemed no worse for his fall - Phew!!

My son and daughter-in-law have set off for adventures in China, Japan, Australia and Thailand today. He has just joined Blip as Shropshirelad and posted his first shot. It will be lovely for me to get updates on his travels!
