Vanishing Snow

The spring sun has been warming the streets and roofs of Helsinki during the last couple of days. Snow has been vanishing rapidly but a lot still remain in the parks, on more quiet roads and alleys and in shadows.

This roof is so steep that it was not very thickly covered by snow at any point, but now there are only hints of snow left. It's a good thing since climbing on this roof and dropping down the snow could be very difficult. I watched two men trying that on the roof of neighboring house.
