#Oakwell Hall, Birstall

There's too much to do and not enough hours in the day. I had a million and one things to do before I even got to work.

I was out on site visits this afternoon including Oakwell Hall at Birstall where works are shortly due to commence to improve visitor facilities.

The hall, which is famous for it's Bronte connections, will feature on TV over Christmas as the vine-covered Starecross Hall for the period drama Jonathon Strange and Mr Norrell, based on Susanna Clarke’s best-selling novel.
