Nice place

Hugster and I were up before the larks again today for a triathlon jaunt on the south coast. Beautiful weather and didnt feel at all cold until the triathloning stopped. Funny how adrenalin does that to you!

We popped along to Arundel after to have a mooch and a bit of a walking tour. The town felt like it has seen no change for a hundred or more years - armed with our £1 walking map from the tourist office, off we went!

All that along with a drive back home in time for tea and cake. A great day!
