The Great Beechwood Bake Off!

The staff at ECJS raised money for Children in Need by entering a lemon drizzle cake bake off competition. We invited our Principal to do the judging and he marked the cakes on appearance, taste & texture.
Our lovely cookery teacher won the competition but I came second, woo! Very proud I was, for someone who hasn't done much baking before:-) Especially proud that My cake had the highest mark for texture. Gonna sleep well tonight!
