NATTER WITH GNASHER!

This is Gnasher (Katy Nash!) Met in romania and have stayed close. Met up again today for a good catchup at Costa. Shes such a legend and we get on SO SO well, i forget I've not even know her that long!

Finished the evening with a run - I stand by the fact all of my best decisions have been made jogging! Nothing quite as liberating!
Then family meal - spaghetti with tomato,aubergine and feta! YUM!
