Stairs

Some days I feel like lying down on our stairs and shouting "I can't get up. I can't walk up the stairs." I have never done this but today Jacob did it for me.
A strange day. Granny's funeral. A sudden bulge in Arabella's gum where her first tooth will appear reminded us to celebrate a new life as well as say goodbye to a wonderful lady who had a very long, extraordinary life. We also accepted an offer on our Bristol flat, our first home together. A reminder that we are no longer carefree and newly in love! Life keeps moving, sometimes without me noticing.
