Culnacraig walk
Both feeling a little tired today, so we opted for a short and flattish walk. We've been to this area of Scotland for the last 6 years so have been on many walks. It was nice to find an area we had't really visited before.
This is a shot near the start of the walk looking across to the Summer Isles. The walk takes in views of some of the surrounding mountains as well but we didn't get to see the tops as the clag was low. Most of the walk was along the (very quiet) road) but there is a short section of footpath between the two tiny crofting settlements of Achduart and Culnacraig.
The weather today was breezy and a bit dull but the walk was a little gem.
On the way back to Ullapool we stopped off at Achnahaird beach for another short stroll.
