Off to Brussels for a long weekend break which means chocolates, waffles, mussels and of course beer!

Photo taken of the most amazing melting truffles from the famous chocolatiers Neuhaus.

Praline chocolates were invented by Jean Neuhaus in Brussels in 1912 and today Belgium is the worlds number one exporter of chocolate.

They produce over 220,000 tons of chocolates every year and sell the most chocolates in the world in their shops!
