CELEBRATING

The weather was miserable so we lit the fire in the studio and spent a cosy time with family and a few close friends, chatting and swoping stories. We worked our way through an array of tarts - jam, apple, lemon meringue and "melktert". Then on to a carrot cake with champagne, ending with red wine and a hearty Moroccan chicken soup.
