Kefir rolls

The kefir is in high production and the question arises "what to do with it" so
I started to read the book, Ratio: The Simple Codes Behind the Craft of Everyday Cooking by Michael Ruhlman and decided to try the bread ratio method using kefir instead of water.
Instead of a loaf of bread, I made rolls.
