It was good to be back home and we seem to have brought the good weather back from our holiday in Africa. For November it was an amazing 10 degrees and sunny.

As it was such a beautiful morning I made my way up to Loch Thom and this is a view near the Cornalees Visitor Centre.

This afternoon I made a tagine of beef with peas and saffron.
