Sunrise

6:45 a.m., the drive to PDX. No traffic at this time on a Sunday morning, took us 10 minutes. Our visitor from the UK returning home today, a flight up to SEATAC to get a connection to Heathrow. The sun coming up, the pyramid shape on the horizon is Mount Hood.

A quiet afternoon, dealt with some of the leaves in the yard, that kind of thing. Contractors will be here at the house first thing tomorrow to complete the finish work on the basement. On Friday another UK visitor arrives for the weekend.
