A foggy day in London Town

This was the view at breakfast this morning, not the best light but I like it because it shows 3 of London's newest iconic landmarks taken from the fourth. To the right, The Gherkin or 30 St Mary Axe, formerly known as Swiss Re building but recently bought by a Brazilian gazillionaire , and to the left of that The Walkie Talkie building, 20 Fenchurch Street infamous for melting cars, and behind is the top of the Leadenhall building also known as the Cheesegrater, taken from floor 35 of The Shard. You can also make out on the left, with the golden top,The Monument, the memorial to the Great Fire of London which, when I climbed it a few years ago seemed very tall, now tiny in comparison to the new skyscrapers!
Last night from Gong, the bar on the 52nd floor, London looked magical , and I have never agreed more with Samuel Johnson.
