Marlowes Wood

Having missed a weekend with Cath last Saturday, it was nice to just head over to town and wander in and out of shops; back at home, to push a vacuum cleaner around with tea breaks and bikkies.

The weather was of course grotsville through and through. The sun never once said peep-o.

Around three I headed out to the local wood for an hour.

In the evening, we saw The Imitation Game, and well worth seeing it is too. The story, and portrayal of Alan Turing is first rate, as you would expect from Benedict Cumberbatch. But worthy of mention is Alex Lawther who played young Master Turing. Watch out for Lawther.
